Our Story

Abilene Tint Lab was never just a business — it was a family leap of faith.

We opened our doors in June 2020, started by a husband-and-wife duo with a dream and a toddler at their feet. Since then, we’ve grown into a family of five, and this shop has grown right along with us.

What started as a passion for auto glass turned into something bigger. A few months in, we expanded into window tint — and quickly fell in love with it. For nearly four years, we ran full-time, building a reputation for quality and honesty. Life shifted, so we scaled back to part-time, but our dedication never left.

“We’re not a chain. We’re a family-run shop with roots.” We operate by appointment and drop-off only, but the family energy is still at the core of what we do. This business was built with kids running around in the background — and even now, that same love and care goes into every job we take on.

If you want clean, professional work with no shortcuts — and a business that treats you like one of their own — you’ve found the right place.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I wait before rolling my windows down after tinting?

We recommend keeping your windows rolled up for at least 3–5 days after tinting to allow the film to fully cure. The hotter the weather, the faster it dries — but better safe than sorry.

How long does a tint job or glass replacement take?

Most full tint jobs take about 2–3 hours, and auto glass replacement usually takes 1–2 hours, depending on the vehicle. All services are drop-off only, so we’ll contact you when it’s ready.

What types of tint do you use?

We offer both carbon and ceramic film, known for heat rejection, UV protection, and long-lasting clarity. Our films come with a lifetime warranty against bubbling, fading, or peeling.

Can you match the factory tint on my car?

Yes! We can match most factory tint shades to keep your ride looking uniform and sharp.
